1. Acceptance Of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Summit Haul & Clear Co. website and your booking of any pickup, cleanout, or hauling service at 2845 Wilderness Place, Suite 120, Boulder, CO. By booking a pickup, accepting a quote, or using this site you agree to be bound by them.

2. Quotes & Payment

Quotes are given on site and are based on the volume your items occupy in the truck. The quoted all-in price covers labor, loading, transport, and standard disposal fees, and is confirmed with you before any item is loaded.

Payment is due on completion of the job unless a commercial account has been arranged in advance. Additional items added on the day are quoted before they are loaded.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule a pickup at no charge up to 12 hours before your window by calling us or emailing hello@summithaulclear.com. Same-day cancellations after the crew has been dispatched may incur a call-out fee.

If nobody is on site at the agreed window and we cannot reach you, the job is treated as a no-show and a call-out fee may apply. Deposits for large commercial jobs are refundable up to 48 hours before the booked date.

4. Property, Risk & Liability

You confirm that you own the items being removed or have authority to have them removed, and that nothing in the load is hazardous, including paint, solvents, fuel, asbestos, or medical waste. Items are disposed of permanently and cannot be recovered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Summit Haul & Clear Co., its owners and crew from liability for loss or damage arising out of the removal, except where caused by our negligence. Please remove valuables and check every item before we load.

5. Site Conduct

Please keep the work path clear, secure pets, and let us know about parking restrictions ahead of time. We reserve the right to stop a job and leave in cases of harassment, intoxication, unsafe conditions, or undisclosed hazardous material.

6. SMS & Marketing Consent

By providing your phone number you consent to receive transactional and marketing messages from Summit Haul & Clear Co.. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

7. Changes To These Terms
